以前にも、このサイトに紹介したモンタニャックさんからだ。

私はワインビジネスは全くしてないので、知り合いの業者へ転送している。

White wines


Picpoul du Pinet : 15/20
Ideal for drinking young within the year this Picpoul offers the suppleness and softness found in white wines from the Languedoc with its maritime influence. Notes of flowers and white fruits can be found on both the nose and palate; the wine is very thirst-quenching, balanced and fresh. A very good wine for everyday drinking, either as an aperitif or to start a meal.

Chardonnay : 15,5/20
This is the perfect expression of a Mediterranean Chardonnay, with its fruit drawn from very ripe grapes, whilst retaining freshness and liveliness. Not at all heavy, this Chardonnay from the south has an elegant balance which makes it very palatable. Excellent with grilled fish.

Oaked Chardonnay : 16/20
On the nose has classic buttery and oaky notes, but with an international touch too. On the attack, however, the fat dominates and this wine lacks neither body nor fullness. This Chardonnay is attractive for both its delicate oakiness and its Burgundian aromas.
Red wines



Merlot : 16/20
A great success, with very expressive fruit pure and clean. Notes of cherry dominate on the nose and palate and a real freshness gives the wine good bite. The tannins are supple and their roundedness exactly what one expects from the Merlot grape. Delicious for young drinking, with its fresh fruit character.

Cabernet sauvignon : 15,5/20
Like the Merlot, in this wine one finds a great fruitiness, savoury and expressive. The palate has much more of a tannic structure, as one would expect of a Cabernet. Lovers of more tannic wines will appreciate this wine.
Syrah : 16,5/20
Very typical of a Syrah, this highly-coloured wine has a strong aromatic complexity. Spices, pepper and violets can be found on the nose and palate, a good indication of the grape variety and its provenance. A mouthfilling wine, it has all the characteristics of a Syrah from the Rhône region.
